Technicians will combine to use 1) CT Catalyst & 2) Natural Clean according
to the situation of the flat.
With use of the well-designed head spray (with 1-5μm diameter spray head),
ensuring an even distribution of the CT Catalyst nano particles (300nm diameter
in average) and the Natural Clean on the surface of furniture, walls and every drawer as
well.

Before the service, our technicians will firstly measure the initial TVOC data (Total Volatile
Organic Compounds). During the service, the gas detector will update the TVOC data
continuously and customers are welcome to check the readings anytime.
Take a newly renovated unit as an example, when the service completes, the amount of TVOC will decrease
70% or above; even 90% of TVOC will be decomposed in 72 hours after the service.

- Service Fee for VOC Concentration Measurement: $500 up (Individual quotation for flats with 1,000 sq. ft or above)
- The above service fee is only applicable for areas along the railway. Customers are responsible for additional traffic fee for the service in suburb areas (such as Discovery Bay). Individual traffic fee will be quoted.
- A surcharge of $100/floor is required for apartments without elevators.
- Our company’s recommended safety standard for TVOC concentration is 1ppm. After the service, customers are recommended to enhance the air circulation of the apartment in order to continually decrease the concentration of TVOC.

1.	Close all the windows and the main door.
2.	Use the Gas detector to measure the initiate indoor TVOC data.
3.	Turn on all the air-conditioners or fans in order to enhance indoor air circulation.
4.	Use the well-designed head spray (with 1-5μm diameter spray head), ensuring an even distribution of the CT Catalyst nano particles (300nm diameter in average) and the Natural Clean on the surface of furniture, walls and every drawer as well.
5.	Take the final TVOC data after completing the whole service.
