Selection of Eligible Carers
After understanding the requirements of customers, we will send information of eligible applicants and service fee to customers via email or fax; then interviews will be conducted until the lists of candidates come up. |

Confirmation (Signing Contract)
As soon as a carer is selected after interviews, customers will be guided to sign the contract. This is to ensure that the selected carer will reserve her time for the service. Meanwhile, customers are required to pay part of the service fee in advance. |

Follow-up Service (parallel to Maternity Service)
Carers should provide services as contracted; as long as any dissatisfactory situations rise, replacement can be requested and responded shortly. |

Complementary Service
We help match babysitters or maids with your family when requested (Maternity Service customers have 50% discount on the agent fee of Overseas Maid, valid for 12 months). Please make reservation for this Service. |
